Regular Operation of the Theatre Cash Desk
The cash desk is open on weekdays from 11:00 to 18:00 and always one hour before each performance.

For the purchase or reservation of 1–9 tickets: pokladna@podpalmovkou.cz
For invoice payments or reservations of more than 10 tickets: obchodni@divadlopodpalmovkou.cz

Purchased tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Reservations
Reservations can be made online for 5 days or at the cash desk for 7 days. The reservation period is automatically shortened and cancelled one week before the date of the selected performance. Reservations during the week of the performance are not possible; direct purchase or online purchase is available instead. This also applies to open subscriptions, gift vouchers, and Benefits.

Discounts and Verification Upon Entry to the Foyer
For student and senior discounts, please prepare your ID card (not required for children under 15).
Student discount (up to 18 years of age)
Senior discount (from 65 years of age)
ZTP discount: please present a valid disability card (ZTP) and ID.
If applying a student discount for individuals over 18, valid proof of student status and ID must be presented.

Last-Minute Discount
Audience members who purchase a ticket at the cash desk no later than 60 minutes before the start of the performance are entitled to a 50% discount on the ticket price for that performance. This discount must be explicitly requested at the cash desk. It is available only for in-person purchases and cannot be combined with reservations or other discounts. Reservations expire no later than one day before the performance. The discount applies only to productions from our repertoire and does not apply to guest companies, concerts, or talk shows. The discount is valid for performances in both the Main Hall and Studio Palm Off.
